Enjoy this classic treat straight from the Dining Room kitchen at Crockers Tring
Heat chef Jane has given us her recipe for her amazing marinated olives that she serves as a snack in the Dining Room. Large, succulent green olives and bathed in olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic and orange peel. The perfect accompaniment to our cocktails. We put a use by date on our olives of one month from the date that we jar them. They should be fine for longer but let’s be honest, they won’t last long.
Top tip: The oil that your olives are preserved in is packed with flavour. Use it for a salad dressing or toss freshly cooked pasta with it before covering in grated Parmesan.
Ingredients: Gordal Olives, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Orange, Pomace Olive Oil

Our Saturday courier service is available for £15 per delivery.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be sent on the following Monday.
